Installation

The target customers of BSolar UK are EPC companies. BSolar UK conducts field tests required for the engineering and procurement operations on behalf of these EPC companies, allowing clients to manage the processes either from the field or remotely from any location.

BSolar UK offers the following services in the field:

  • Assisting or leading the follow-up on official acceptance and approval procedures for project completion.
  • Geotechnical investigation of the site, including determining ground load-bearing capacities through ramming and pullout tests, and identifying the best methods for securing the pillars to the ground.
  • Surface modeling of the entire site to optimize the placement of solar panels with minimal efficiency loss, while also advising on the selection of panel and inverter types, and choosing between fixed or tracking mounting systems.
  • Conducting a site review to ensure safe and efficient transportation, construction, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Managing tasks such as excavation, soil compaction, and ground strengthening, followed by post-compaction examinations to ensure suitability.
  • Setting up the construction site with essentials such as fences, lighting, and security camera systems, while also ensuring site safety.
  • Planning the logistics of materials, monitoring supply levels, and reporting any shortages or incomplete deliveries on behalf of the customer.
  • Ensuring the security of the site and the solar equipment.
  • Performing excavation for grounding and energy transmission lines.
  • Installing the pillars, along with the assembly of solar panels and PV panel rack systems.
  • Designing and installing energy transmission lines, including substations, marshalling kiosks, and inverter panels.
  • Implementing grounding systems for the protection and operation of the PV solar station.
  • Completing all LV-MV wiring for the station’s electrical systems, as well as DC cabling.
  • Constructing lightning protection systems.
  • Labeling and numbering all electrical connections to reduce accident risk and improve system monitoring.
